What we collect

When you sign up as an employer, we collect your name, your business name, your email address, and the role you are hiring for. When you sign up as talent, we collect your name, your email address, and the kind of work you are looking for. If you record a 30-second candidate intro video with us, we keep that video.

How we use it

We use your information to set up job posts, introduce talent to employers, and contact you about ROVE. That is all we use it for.

Sharing

We never sell your information. Talent details and intro videos are shown on this website to hiring employers and visitors, so they can consider you for a role. Candidates record their intro video knowing it will be shown on ROVE to hiring employers.

Keeping and removing your information

We keep signup details while you are active with ROVE. Email us at any time and we will delete your information.
