What ROVE is

ROVE is a hiring introduction service based in Edmonton, Alberta, operated by Marie Foulkes, serving employers across Canada. An employer posts one job. Candidates introduce themselves in a 30-second video instead of a résumé. The employer reviews the videos and chooses who to contact.

Price

Employers pay $49 CAD once per job post. There is no subscription and there are no per-applicant fees. Talent always join free.

No guarantees

ROVE introduces people — we do not guarantee a hire, a job, or that any candidate or employer will work out. Hiring decisions, interviews, pay, and every other part of the employment relationship are entirely between the employer and the candidate, including meeting all legal obligations that come with hiring.

Intro videos

Candidates record their intro video with their permission, knowing it will be shown on ROVE to hiring employers.

Fair use

Do not use ROVE to post fake jobs, run scams, or do anything unlawful. We may remove any post or signup that breaks this rule.
